The warehouse and distribution network of ELS Hospitality is made up of private facilities throughout the United States and the world. With very few exceptions, Contract Service Providers (CSPs) are fundamentally moving and storage companies, as their facilities, equipment and skill sets are aligned with the FF&E industry. But not just any moving and storage facility qualifies as an ELS Hospitality CSP. Our criteria requires that each facility meet or exceed pre-defined standards in the following categories:

• Overall warehouse space
• Receiving docks
• Equipment
• Security systems
• Dedicated staff
• Communication equipment
• Insurance coverage
• Service scope
• Proximity to project site

For each project, a CSP is required to enter into a contract outlining the terms and conditions of the project. This assures our customers total uniformity and proper completion of the project.
